Program duration


This program is tailored each person and is interactive and educational. Each program runs for 3 to 6 months based on the client’s needs and desired goals.


Program path


Week 1

  • Individual assessment
  • We uncover the 3 primary goals for our determined time block
  • We create a strategy and focus path so that the client knows what we will be working on each week

Weeks 2- 11


  • Education, progress, and pitfalls: Each week we focus on one specific education topic so that the client learns how to be healthy for the rest of his/her life. We also review the areas of progress and the areas of pitfalls. We work together to discover ways to bolster the progress and reduce the pitfalls.

Week 12


  • Review and final assessment
